SwissGear is committed to your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in brand-new condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original box or a sturdy shipping container and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
